The best way to protect your privacy is to never collect the data in the first place. GoCliniGo is a neutral directory: it compares clinics and doctors and leaves contact directly between you and the clinic. Below we explain, in plain language, how we protect your privacy.
We don't store your patient data
Contact happens directly with the clinic (WhatsApp/phone). Even if you fill in the quote form, your details are not stored on our servers; they are only sent to the clinic you choose.
Browse without an account
See clinics, doctors and prices without signing up. There is no personal profile, tracking or data collection for advertising.
Clinic documents are secure
Verification documents (diploma, licence) are kept in an encrypted, access-restricted private store. Only our two-factor-authenticated (2FA) team can view them, under audit logging and time-limited links.
Your data is not sold
We take no per-patient commission, so we never steer you to a particular clinic, and we do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
Data stays in Europe
Our infrastructure is hosted in Europe (Frankfurt) and aligned with GDPR/KVKK principles.
