Platform Subscription Terms

Scope of the Subscription

A subscription lists a clinic or doctor profile that has completed verification for the selected plan period. It does not replace profile verification and does not guarantee patient referrals or revenue.

Recurring Payment

The user agrees that iyzico may automatically charge the selected monthly or annual plan to the stored payment card each plan period. The amount, currency, and billing frequency are shown before payment.

Cancellation and Listing

The subscription can be canceled from the dashboard. Paid listing may end after cancellation or a failed charge. Profile and verification records remain unless the account is separately deleted.

Invoicing

The invoice issued by the platform operator under applicable law will include statutory billing details and tax treatment. [Company name, tax office, tax number, and billing contact details must be completed.]
